In week 10 of my internship at Stage AE, I worked 13 hours, working one show and office hours. During the show, Eric Andre, it was a comedy show so there was no promotion table. Which meant, the flyers needed to be done throughout Stage AE. Since it was a comedy show, the flyers that were hung up were talk shows at Stage AE, special events, and a few concerts that may interest the demographic of Eric Andre’s fans. During my office hours, I was gathering information from the marketing surveys, which helps Stage AE’s marketing team. It helps them by improving their marketing strategies, gives a better understanding of the demographic that attends Stage AE’s concert, and then also helps them as people sign up for the mailing subscription with the surveys. Along with collect survey data, I was researching on the upcoming events for Stage AE as a project. The project is to learn more about the bands that are attending Stage AE. In the project, I had to list if the band or artist has ever been to Pittsburgh, their birthday, the music genre, and if there are any upcoming albums or singles being released by them.
